Meet the leadership team
As Lead Engineer, Micheil responsible for overseeing the Support Desk and ensuring quick response times whilst maintaining a quality of service delivery.
I am also on hand when incidents need to be escalated, ensuring clients are able to get back to work, while providing a friendly, caring service.
Micheil’s interest for IT led him to co-found Santao from leaving University in 1998. He is proud to have watch it grow into a Cloud Technology and Modern Workplace specialist IT provider.

My role as the Office Manager, the day to day running of the Office, preparing quotes, converting them into projects and ordering products on behalf of the company and our clients.
I also bill and maintain assets, templates and products through Autotask and provide admin support to the Operations team.
